I took Sophie out for a long walk at 6 am (which is the time I normally leave for work) and the air was dry and cool-ish. She was able to walk about a mile. Most of the time, I walk out the door to crazy humidity as well as hot hot air. I'm so glad, as both of us with benefit from long walks. :-)
